Lisa Van Hove

Lisa is a PhD student and teaching assistant at the Faculty of Lifespan Psychology, Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Her research interests lie in the field of older adults' mental health and non-suicidal self-injury, self-harming behaviors and suicidality in all ages. Her PhD, supervised by Prof. dr. Imke Baetens (VUB) and dr. Steven Vanderstichelen (VUB, UGent), focuses on suicidal and non-suicidal deliberate self-harm in adults aged 60 years and over. She currently also works as a research assistant for ICSES and as a clinician in a private practice.
