Julia Petrovic

Julia Petrovic is a postdoctoral researcher at the Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry in a laboratory at the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) Center for Mindfulness and Compassion (CMC). She completed her PhD at McGill University in 2025 under the supervision of Dr. Nancy Heath, focusing on the impacts of different types of mindfulness practice among adults with lived experience of nonsuicidal self-injury. Broadly, her research centers on the use of mindfulness-based interventions to support mental health among youth and young adults.
